This book helps you to understand differences in children's ability to
process information and triggers that cause children to be explosive.
Explosive children are easily frustrated and chronically inflexible therefore
they have difficulty with problem solving after they are triggered. Through
Dr. Greene's "Collaborative Problem Solving" technique, you will be able
to communicate with your child and help your child become a more flexible
problem solver.

Dr. Weil examines factors that facilitate successful aging.  These factors
include diet, medications, sleep patterns and culture.  He does a good job
of integrating Eastern and Western approaches to health.  This book is a
